Currently being designed as part of my Masters degree major project this will provide a free, fun service to members of the public in need of a morale boost. Located in public spaces (from train stations to shopping malls) the aim of the service is to make people feel good about themselves, the tongue-in-cheek name indicating it's humorous basis.
